OPTIMUS Team Training: Team Work in Regulatory Reform Implementation

Optimus team training was held on August 31st and September 1st, in OPTIMUS premises, with the goal to provide knowledge sharing and harmonize principles of work in the next two years of Project implementation.

The main topic of the training was implementation of the Component 2 of the Project "Improving Environment for Businesses at Local Level through Regulatory Reform", principles and aspects of work and mutual cooperation, necessity of team work and the challenges to be expected. Preparation and release of OPTIMUS Newsletter is announced as an efficient way to introduce actual and potential partners and stakeholders with OPTIMUS work and recent developments in the area of improving business environment.
