Training “Implementation of adopted recommendations – external ex-officio obtaining of documentation” was held in Loznica

A more efficient city administration is the direct result of the Project “Improving Environment for Businesses at Local Level through Regulatory Reform” implemented in the City of Loznica. One of the novelties in the city administration’s work is obtaining of certain documents ex-officio in the name of and on behalf of the party. The main idea is for the city administration to obtain documents and information from public enterprises and Cadaster (externally obtained) as well as documents issued by the same or other organizational unit of the city administration (internally obtained). In this way, the implementation of administrative procedures is accelerated while the cost and waiting time for the parties are reduced. Good quality and efficient communication is established among the departments of the city administration as well as between the city administration and public enterprises and the Cadaster.
In order to establish the practice of obtaining documents ex-officio, OPTIMUS consultant, Gordana Lazic-Rasovic, MA, held a training on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 with 24 participants: heads of departments, public officers: coordinators and deputy coordinators, managers and coordinators from public enterprises.
Through the use of practical examples and simulated processes the goal of the training is to present the exchange of documents obtained ex-officio, as well as to present the role of all actors in that process and deadlines for resolving the administrative procedures.
