Presentation of the Protocol on Cooperation in Kraljevo

Establishment of the ones-stop shop, which will create significant time and money savings for the clients, demands good coordination between the City and public utilities that participate in the process of the building permit issuing. Protocol on Cooperation helps improve the communication of and the implementation of the ex-officio obtaining of documentation between the City of Kraljevo and public utilities.
With the goal to familiarize the representatives of these two sides with Draft Protocol on Cooperation, and communicate the results of the regulatory reform so far, on 16 July 2014, representatives of OPTIMUS held the presentation in Kraljevo.
Both sides recognized the potential of the Protocol on Cooperation and one-stop shop, and in open discussion expressed their readiness to participate in the preparation and signing as well as in the implementation of the Protocol.
In this regard, number of following steps was agreed, which include specifying and establishing of ex-officio obtaining of documentation within strictly defined deadlines for each side.
