“Ex officio Obtaining of Documentation” training held in Loznica

OPTIMUS – Center for Good Governance organized training in the Loznica City Administration directed to the Work group members, heads of the City Administration public employees and coordinators of the ex officio obtaining of documentation implementation.
While addressing the attendees of the training, Milojka Smiljanić, the Head of the City Administration, pointed out that by introducing the ex officio obtaining of documentation, as well as with the establishment of the e-registry of administrative procedures, the work of the City Administration and the business environment of Loznica are being improved.
With the adoption of OPTIMUS recommendations, deadlines for checking the completeness of documentation and for the complete case resolution have been specified, all the unnecessary documentation for the case resolution has been eliminated, and certain taxes have been reduced or cancelled. Additionally, standardized submission forms have been introduced.
Ex officio exchange of documentation significantly accelerates the administrative procedure, and helps building better and more efficient internal communication between the City Administration departments.
