Project presentation in Leskovac

On October 5th, the Project “Improving Environment for Businesses through Regulatory Reform” was presented in Leskovac at the meeting of OPTIMUS representatives Sladjana Karavdic Kocevic and Predrag Cvetkovic and City authorities and heads of departments.
The participants were greeted by the Mayor Assistant, Milorad Mladenovic who shortly represented the goal of the project signed between OPTIMUS, Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities and the City of Leskovac, and announced adopting the Decision on Forming the Working Group and engagement of the City officials who are going to work on the project.
Afterwards, the OPTIMUS’ representatives held the presentation on process and methodology which would be used in Project implementation, as well as on the phases and activities foreseen.It is particularly highlighted that, by realization of the Project, business sector can expect significant savings. Local administration will increase efficiency and quality of its services. By simplifying administrative procedures in the jurisdiction of local government, Leskovac will become more competitive for new investments, it was concluded on the meeting.
