Training on preparation of administrative procedures

Training on the Regulatory Reform and Preparation of Inventory of Administrative Procedures for the members of the Working Group and City officials in Novi Pazar to be engaged on the Project, was delivered on October 10th and 11th.
The process and methodology to be implemented in Novi Pazar were presented to participants of the training: heads of the departments, deputies of the heads of the departments and other officials. The phases in the process and the role of the employees and authorities in the City Administration aiming to simplify administrative processes in its jurisdiction were presented in the detailed manner. Mirsad Jusufovic, coordinator of the Working Group for the implementation of the Project opened the meeting and Predrag Cvetkovic, representative delivered the training.
Marina Janković, the head of the Working Team for Regulatory Reform in Nis, presented the results of the regulatory reform implemented in this City. This example of good practice initiated intensive interest, and participants were particularly attentive about practical application of electronic registry that transparently helps citizens to address the local administration. The participants were trained for preparation of inventory of administrative procedures in the first stage of the Project. Participants showed particular interest for Nis experiences and general sustainability of the project.
Practical use of the results of the Project, potential obstacles and ways to mitigate them were the topics of discussion as well.
