“We talked about the implementation of the Project which would help the City, City administration employees to perform in a more efficient way. Mayor Mahmutovic emphasized that cooperation with Optimus present one of the activities that City undertakes in order to simplify the traditionally complicated administration and transform the local government into the real service for citizens.
The next agreed step is to define the proposal of the Project and sign the Contract Agreement between Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities, Optimus and the City of Novi Pazar.

“There is a general agreement on realization of the Project aiming to cut costs and rationalize time of all businesses related to obligations they perform in the local government”, Sladjana Karavdic Kocevic stressed during the visit in Novi Pazar. She highlighted introduction of electronic Registry of administrative procedures as a particular goal that would increase the transparency and efficiency of public administration on local level and improve business environment.
