Training for the implementation of application for unified procedure was held in Cajetina

Training named "Implementation and application management and database for unified procedure" was held on 25th of December 2014 for the members of the Working Group in Cajetina. The aim of the training was to familiarize members of the Working Group with the implementation and usage of the software for unified procedure and to enable them to work on it independently. The training was attended by the Head of the Department for Urban and Regional Planning, two public employees in charge for permits issuing and IT expert. Application for the implementation of unified procedure is an electronically integrated and publicly available database on the status of each case, and is used in the decision-making process of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at the request made by citizens and businesses.
The e-Registry, as an electronic database of administrative procedures in the field of construction carried out by the Municipality of Cajetina, was also mentioned at the training. Detailed training on the use and management of the e-Registry will be held in the following period, after its establishment on the municipal website.
The project "Improving business environment to increase investment in tourism infrastructure" is conducted by the Municipality of Cajetina, Regional Development Agency "Zlatibor" and OPTIMUS-Center for Good Governance. The project is implemented under the "Private Sector Development Programme in Southwest Serbia" funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The overall objective of the project is to contribute to increase of the income in the tourism sector in the Municipality of Cajetina through preservation and job creation. The objective will be achieved through increase of efficiency, transparency and a general improvement in the process of obtaining permits and approvals in the field of construction.
