One-Stop-Shop in Leskovac- training held for exchanging documents electronically

Two-day training "Obtaining documents ex officio in external communication" was held in Leskovac on 19th and 24th of November, as part of the project "Improving Environment for Businesses at the Local Level through Regulatory Reform". The training was held for employees from public utilities and city administrations. The City of Leskovac has introduced the obligation to obtain documents, information and other data through official channels, so that parties in the proceedings are exempt of obligations of submitting a number of documents for certain procedures.
Faster and better communication and improvement of the process of ex officio exchange of documents should be enabled by the software for One-Stop-Shop for construction related permits. This software allows you to electronically ensure effective coordination and exchange of documents between public companies, other organizations and the City of Leskovac. Application of the software is extremely important, especially in complicated construction related procedures, accompanied by a large number of documents issued by the state and municipal public companies and other organizations.
The aim of the training is to train employees in public enterprises and in the City administrations to electronically exchange documents ex officio, through the simulation process on several computers. The training was attended by representatives of the Authorities for Urban Planning, Housing and Communal Activities, Authorities for Environmental Protection, Authorities for Economy and Agriculture, Telekom Serbia, Electro, Water, Heating Station, Authorities for City Construction and Real Estate Cadaster Service.
In particular, issuing the location, building and occupancy permits electronically was simulated on the training. Using software allows monitoring of the process and the determination of "bottlenecks" which can speed up the process of solving the case. The trainees were fully trained to use both softwares: Electronic registry of administrative procedures and One-Stop-Shop for construction related permits. It is worth mentioning the possibility for parties to follow the process and that at any moment determining the status of their case, thus ensuring full transparency of the process.
Through ex officio obtaining of documentation, Leskovac will be fully ready for the changes brought by amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction.
