Protocol on Cooperation between the Municipality of Cajetina, the Republic Geodetic Authority and public companies Water, Telekom Serbia and Electro was signed on 26th of November 2014. By signing the Protocol, the Parties take the responsibility to work together in improving mutual communication, coordination of work and exchange of documents. In this way, greater efficiency and quality of work of the Municipal Administration will be achieved, while end users will be more satisfied due to speeding up, simplifying and reducing the costs of administrative procedures.

Mayor of Cajetina, Mr. Milan Stamatovic noted: "This project aims to obtain a building permit more easily. Potential investors are allowed to get all the information at one place without losing time and wandering from one institution to another. Now, we will all be networked and in any institution you address, you will get the appropriate information."

Director of RDA „Zlatibor”, Mr. Slavko Lukic on this occasion said: "The Municipality of Cajetina already had effective procedures for issuing building permits. This project is an upgrade of procedures to become even faster, more efficient and easier to operate. The legislation was not harmonized, communication with the state institutions had a number of problems, and software that OPTIMUS offers is the best software that meets the new law. From the standpoint of the Agency, the goal is to increase employment in tourism and income of companies and households. Municipality of Cajetina employs many people from across the Region because there is a great demand for hospitality professionals. We aim that other municipalities look up to Cajetina and the relationship that we are building towards investors and citizens interests."

Director of OPTIMUS, Mrs. Sladjana Karavdic Kocevic said: "The partnership between the Municipality of Cajetina, RDA “Zlatibor” and OPTIMUS is of great importance, making us ready for the changes to the Law on Planning and Construction. The project includes two softwares application: one that will connect local government and public enterprises as part of One Stop Shop for construction permits and electronic Registry of administrative procedures."

The director of Water Utility, Mr. Rade Jovanovic, noted that, cooperation and communication between municipalities and the utility will significantly improve providing certain documents, with the help of software. Water utility will comply with the obligations undertaken in the Protocol and promptly respond to the request of the Municipality to submit required documents.
