Municipality of Cajetina is, according to the investments, the most dynamic Municipality of the Zlatibor Region and it is an attractive tourist destination. It is expected that the coordination and exchange of documents will be improved between the Municipal Administration and public enterprises and institutions in the process of permitting in the field of construction. It is planned to establish the One Stop Shop for construction related permits, which will significantly simplify administrative procedures in the field of construction.

Participants agreed that obtaining of documents ex officio, enabled by One Stop Shop, is essential to accelerate the procedures in field of construction.

"Simplifying the process of obtaining construction and other permits through One Stop Shop (OSS) will further increase the potential of the municipality and will influence the creation of a favorable business environment, especially for tourism development." - said Milan Stamatovic, the Mayor. He also stressed the importance of the project for improving the efficiency and quality of the Municipal Administration and stated that the parties who decide to invest in this area, through construction of a building, will be satisfied with the service provided by the Municipality.

Given the fact that the Municipality of Cajetina is at the very top in Serbia by the number of issued building permit, this would significantly improve the issuance of construction and other permits. The exchange of documents ex officio will be carried out electronically, with the help of software that will be installed in the Municipality, public companies and the Cadaster.

In this way, the parties are excused from the obligation to submit some documents when applying - Municipal Administration will do that on their behalf.
