Training “Ex-officio obtaining of documentation” held in Sombor

Training “Ex-officio obtaining of documentation” was held in Sombor with the objective to familiarize heads of the departments and coordinators with the process, deadlines and roles of employees in the ex-officio exchange of documentation. Training was held on 24 September 2014 and was attended by 24 participants.
Addressing the participants in the beginning of the training, Head of the City Administration Irina Burka-Parcetic pointed out the significance of the improvement of work and efficiency of the City Administration, and that ex-officio obtaining of documentation is based on the acts adopted by the corresponding authorities in Sombor.
Adopted Book of Rules on Rationalization introduces obligation for all the employees in the City Administration to ex-officio obtain the documents issued by the same or other organizational unit of the City Administration. In this way clients are freed of the obligation to gather certain documentation, which simplifies the submission of the request and speeds up the case resolution. Information on which documents clients no longer have to obtain will be accessible through the e-registry that will be available soon on the City of Sombor webpage www.sombor.rs.
Establishing formal official communication between organizational units will significantly improve the quality and efficiency of the work of the City Administration, but first of all the businesses and citizens of Sombor will benefit from this change.
