Reduction of Fees and Taxes Suggested at the Third Work Group Meeting Held in Gornji Milanovac

The Third Project's Work group meeting in Gornji Milanovac, at which recommendations for reduction and elimination of some of the fees and taxes, was held on Thursday 17 July 2014. As the result of adopting additional recommendations, obtaining resolutions and approvals in the area of public services, traffic, urbanism, construction and other areas, will be less costly for the business sector.
For the implementation of these recommendations it is necessary to adopt or change municipality decisions, which should take place in September 2014.
Heads and employees of the City Administration departments and OPTIMUS experts on regulatory reform, participated in the preparation of recommendations, guided by legal regulations, interests of business sector and preservation of the municipal budget.
The establishing of e-Registry that will contain reformed administrative procedures after the adoption of recommendations was also announced at the meeting. This will provide the transparent implementation of administrative procedures and better and more efficient work of municipal administration.
