Legal Acts Adopted in Loznica

All legal acts enabling faster and less complicated implementation of administrative procedures, further implementation of regulatory reform, the principles of RIA and the introduction of the e-registry of administrative procedures have been adopted in the City of Loznica.

City Council adopted the Decision on the Establishment of the e-Registry of Administrative Procedures on 17 June this year; the members of the newly formed Regulatory body were appointed by the Mayor, and the Book of Rules on the Functioning of the e-Registry has been adopted. The president of the Regulatory authority is Milojka Smiljanić, the Head of the City Administration.

In the future, Regulatory body will be in charge of registering entries, changes and deletion of administrative procedures from the e-Register, keeping in mind the application of RIA and other principles determined by the Book of Rules.

Also, the Book of Rules introduces principles of Registry functioning, so as to provide legal security for legal entities and citizens, better cooperation of the City administration with clients, and adoption of better regulations.

Key element in the realization of savings in time and costs for the business sector is day to day implementation of the improved procedures. In order to implement all the adopted recommendations, the Head of the City Administration adopted the Instruction for the Implementation of Administrative Procedures on 30 June 2014. This Instruction Book aims to provide in one place the overview of the adopted recommendations, guidelines on the implementation of the new rules, including ex officio exchange of documentation between organizational units of the City Administration, as well as the exchange of documents between all the parties that signed the Protocol of Cooperation.
