Adopted recommendations in Sombor

The meeting of the Working group for the implementation of the project "Improving Environment for Businesses at Local Level through Regulatory Reform" was held in the City of Sombor. On that occasion recommendations for improving and simplifying administrative procedures in Sombor were in all aspects unanimously adopted as it was suggested by OPTIMUS – Center for Good Governance.
The adopted recommendations refer to shortening deadlines for resolution process, elimination of unnecessary documents,and availability of submission forms and of all the relevant information for the implementation of administrative procedures. Ex officio obtaining of documentation is especially significant in terms of
cost and time savings for the clients.
The Working group meeting was held on April 22, 2014, in the presence of nine Working group members and Gordana Lazic Rasovic, the representative of OPTIMUS – Center for Good Governance.
Having in mind the Working group Conclusion on the Adoption of Recommendations Vasa Relic, the Deputy Mayor adopted the Decision on Adoption of Recommendations for Improving and Simplifying of Administrative Procedures in the City of Sombor on April 23, 2014, and instructed the City Administration to adopt additional legal acts crucial for the implementation of the adopted recommendations as soon as possible.
The introduction of e-Registry of administrative procedures on the City web page is planned, and it will significantly contribute to the transparency and the efficiency of work of the City Administration, which is in the interest of not only citizens of Sombor, but also of the businesses, national and foreign investors.
