“Ex officio Obtaining of Documentation” training held in Kraljevo

After the adoption of Book of Rules on Rationalization of the City Administration of Kraljevo, the new obligation to ex officio obtain documentation through internal communication and exchange with other departments has been introduced.
Training “Ex officio Obtaining of Documentation” was held on April 15, so that the employees of the City Administration can get to know their roll in the process, as well as the deadlines for resolutions in different cases.Obtaining of documentation was simulated through practical examples for 35 members of Working Group members, employees and ex officio exchange coordinators who attended the training.
Clients will now be able to submit requests faster and more easily since they’re no longer in obligation to include all the necessary documentation for the administrative procedure in the request. In e-Registry of administrative procedures of the City of Kraljevo(www.kraljevo.org),ex officio obtained documentation for each administrative procedure is defined, so to enable client to get the information in advance on what documents to prepare with the request and what documents are obtained by the corresponding authority.
Besides the great benefit clients will have from this newly established internal communication between the units of the City Administration, this will also significantly improve the quality and efficiency of employees’ work and the realization of e-government.
