In the introductory remarks the Mayor summarized in detail the activities done so far, and then the proposed recommendations for the simplification of administrative procedures were discussed. Mr. Petrovic said that all the recommendations are valuable, rational and reasonable, thus they can be implemented in the future. For each procedure, time deadline in which the procedure will be solved was specified, redundant documentation was eliminated, the documentation that will be obtained ex officio was indicated.

Recommendations were adopted by all members of the Working Group. Mayor emphasized that the task of the Heads of Administration is to implement the recommendations completely since they are aimed to improve the business environment. He added: "You will be the ones who will take care that all comes to life." He also praised the OPTIMUS team and expressed his gratitude because the project is so well implemented.

It was suggested that OPTIMUS, as soon as possible, forward draft regulations to be enacted in the future by the competent authorities of the City of Loznice, and which are necessary in order to implement the recommendations. Under the leadership of the Mayor, the City Administration will carry out activities related to the conclusion of the Protocol on Cooperation with Public Companies and Institutions, which is necessary to obtain documentation ex officio in the construction permit procedures.

In the future, the Mayor will designate one person who will be responsible to update the information in the e-Registry, which means that changes to procedures will be timely introduced so to be in compliance with applicable regulations.
