Adopted recommendations for administrative simplification in Kraljevo
11.11.2013. 00h
On Thursday, 7th November the third meeting of the Project Working Group was held in Kraljevo. The aim of the meeting was the adoption of recommendations which will simplify administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the city government, and thus relieve the economy and citizens. The working group consistently adopted recommendations for simplification. For each procedure the deadline within which proceedings will be dealt with was specified, redundant documentation was eliminated, the documentation that will be obtained ex officio in the future was indicated, and certain taxes were abolished.
Representative of OPTIMUS, Predrag Cvetkovic said: "In this important meeting the essential prerequisites for better administration of the City have been created. Following adoption of decisions, rules and other needed regulations will introduce these recommendations into the legal system of the City administration. In a month or two, their practical application might be expected by using an electronic registry of administrative procedures."
"This is a complex material that is analytically well done, and as the Head of Administration, I will insist on the strict application of these recommendations. We will practically assign one officer per each department who will be responsible to obtain documents ex officio from the organizational unit that has relevant information."- explained Milos Petrovic, Head of the City Administration.
The greatest savings for businesses and
entrepreneurs will be achieved by obtaining documents ex officio. The City Council, which has supported this project, will make a decision which will accept recommendations adopted by the Working group.
