The training of Working Group members for administrative procedures simplification in Leskovac

On Friday, the 20th September training on the topic "Analysis of administrative procedures and preparation of recommendations" was held in Leskovac. After a phase of consultations with the business sector, the third phase follows, including the preparation of recommendations for administrative procedures simplification. In order to improve the preparation of recommendations, the training was organized for members of the Working Group and engaged officers. Participants have been trained to apply principles of analysis of administrative procedures and provide appropriate recommendations.
Special attention is given to the criteria of “business friendliness" which is for businessmen and citizens the most important because it includes: the time needed for realization of administrative procedures, required documents, taxes and fees, information and other elements.
After the theoretical part, the participants worked practically on specific examples of procedures in the field of urban planning and construction, public utilities, environmental protection and the economy. For each of the procedures suggestions for shortening the deadlines for resolving cases, elimination of unnecessary documents, obtaining documents ex officio, the reduction of taxes, the introduction of new forms etc. are given.
Members of the Working Group will use knowledge acquired during the training when harmonizing the recommendations proposed by the officials, the business community, citizens and OPTIMUS experts.
