Adopted decisions which improve the work of the city administration in Novi Pazar

Local regulations prescribing more efficient and qualitative operation of the city administrations in terms of administrative procedures processing have been adopted on the City Assembly meeting held on 29th August in Novi Pazar.
Local councilors have adopted the Decision on Establishment of Registry of Administrative Procedures that is processed in the city administration of Novi Pazar. Moreover, the Decision and the Book of Rules on Rationalization of the City Administrations Work in Novi Pazar have been adopted. These acts regulate more closely acting of administrative bodies’ upon request of the parties, and refer to the reduction of deadlines for resolving the case, elimination of unnecessary documents, provision of documents by ex officio, introduction of standardized forms, etc.
Both decisions and Book of Rule have been prepared based on analysis of all administrative procedures carried out in the City administrations and adopted recommendations for their simplification and improvement that have been prepared in the third phase of the project "Improving environment for businesses at local level through regulatory reform."
It is also planned to adopt the Book of Rules regulating the work of e-Registry of administrative procedures, which will present the legal basis for setting up the registry on the City web page and its application.
