Set of decisions and regulations to be adopted by the Assembly will allow the parties to significantly faster and cheaper exercise their rights under the jurisdiction of local governments. It will significantly improve the operation of local administration in a way that a system of exchanging documents electronically between departments themselves and with public enterprises will be established. Solving the cases will be faster due to prescribed deadlines for each administrative procedure. New forms will contain all necessary information for implementation of procedures.

A preliminary direct and indirect cost savings that can be expected for companies and entrepreneurs after regulatory reform were presented to the Working Group. Private cost savings will annually amount over 2.5 million euros, which will significantly facilitate the business in Novi Pazar.

Representatives of the OPTIMUS also presented design of electronic registry of administrative procedures that will enable easy search of administrative procedures per departments, areas of interest etc.
Mayor of the City, Mr. Meho Mahmutović stressed great importance of the project in improving the efficiency and quality of service of the city administration. He demands that all employees obey to the recommendations adopted and to implement administrative procedures in precisely defined way.
